Welcome to North Panola Middle School!

At North Panola Middle School, we believe every child has the ability to learn, grow, and succeed. Our mission is to empower every student for excellence, growth, and success by providing a rigorous, supportive, and engaging learning environment where all students feel valued, challenged, and inspired. We are committed to building an instructional culture that prepares every student for success in high school, college, careers, and life.

Our school culture is guided by the theme, "Stay in the Race." Middle school is a season of growth, discovery, and change, and we understand that students may face academic, social, emotional, or athletic challenges. As a team, we are committed to helping students set meaningful goals while providing the guidance and support they need to achieve them. We will remind our students that setbacks are opportunities to grow, build resilience, and develop confidence. At North Panola Middle School, we will celebrate progress over perfection and encourage every student to "Stay in the Race."

Student success is built through strong partnerships. We believe families are a child's first teachers, and when schools, parents, churches, businesses, and community members work together, students thrive. Together, we can change the narrative surrounding low-performing schools and create a culture where every child has the opportunity to excel. While we recognize there will be challenges along the way, we are committed to staying the course, working together, and building a successful school where every student is safe, supported, challenged, and inspired to reach their fullest potential.
